🚂 How to Play Train Game
Train Game is a free browser game where you drive a locomotive, pick up cargo crates, and grow the longest train you can — without derailing. Every crate you collect couples one more car onto your train, and the longer (and faster) your train gets, the harder it is to keep on the rails.
Controls
- Desktop: steer with the ↑ ↓ ← → arrow keys. The train departs on your first key press. After a derail, press Space or Enter for another run.
- Mobile: swipe anywhere on the board in the direction you want to turn, or tap the on-screen arrow buttons.
- Mouse: you can also click a spot on the board and the train will turn toward it.
Game modes

| Daily Run | A new obstacle course of rocks and trees every day — and it's the same course for every player in the world. It resets at midnight, so everyone competes on equal terms. One course, one best score, come back tomorrow. |
Crates
- Wooden crate: adds 1 car to your train.
- Gold crate: adds 5 cars at once — but it vanishes after a few seconds, so you have to commit early. Listen for the train whistle when one appears.
Engine paint unlocks
Your best-ever haul unlocks new paint jobs for the locomotive, selectable on the start screen:

Five tips for a longer train
- Use the whole board. Big, wide loops beat tight turns — you need room later, when your train is long.
- Plan the exit before the entrance. Before grabbing a crate near a wall or your own train, know which direction you'll leave in.
- Don't chase every gold crate. Five cars isn't worth a derail. If the angle is bad, let it fade.
- The speed creeps up. Each pickup makes the engine a touch faster — the calm early game is the time to set up clean lines.
- On Daily Run, learn the course. The obstacles don't change until midnight, so every attempt teaches you the map.
